    • First, place the oatmeal and grated coconut flakes in the food processor. Add the dates and process until they are finely chopped. Next, add the protein powder, pecan nuts, chickpeas, date syrup, vanilla, and peanut butter. Blend until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency. If necessary, add a small amount of water to achieve the desired texture.

     

    • Take the dough and place it in a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Then, let it cool for two hours before cutting it into bars.
